Intense pulsed light, or IPL, treats brown spots, sun damage and general redness on the face. It also stimulates collagen production for more evenly toned, tighter-looking skin.
IPL works best on light to medium skin tones and requires minimal to no downtime.
How many treatments will I need?
IPL works best in a series of three treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, followed by three yearly maintenance treatments spaced throughout the year. Maintenance treatments continue to boost collagen and lighten any new brown spots or redness that may appear.
Please read our Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) pre- and post-care instructions before your appointment. Avoiding the sun before and after treatment is very important.
